get together; learn, relax and share with Sunderai Felich, Cathy
Jackson and Melissa Russell. Topics covered are: Sleep issue for
baby and family; Yoga for mums and bubs; Breastfeeding and Baby
Massage.
Body Transformation is an approach to whole being transformation
through working with the body. It involves systematic, step-by-step
releasing and realignment of the entire muscular system. Body
Transformation recognises that our body is inseparable from our
conscious and unconscious mind, and our emotional, mental and
spiritual life. The extraordinary power of this approach is its
capacity to work on many levels at the same time.
The Bowen Technique is a safe, simple but effective body
balancing system using gentle movements on soft tissue at a series
of key points across the body.
Rebirthing is a healing process using a simple breathing rhythm.
It aids in releasing physical tensions and emotional traumas and
restores the power of the breath to revitalise and energise the
mind, body and spirit The result is an expanded sense of self- love,
creativity and joy.
Being a Doula is a calling rather than a job, as a Doula you are
in a unique position to dwell in the mystery and miracle of birth
and support other people in that miracle. Love, courage, fear,
trust, self-discovery and transformation are all inherent in the
birth process. We know that working with and understanding your life
and birth experiences will enable you to work more effectively with
women in the momentous occasion of giving birth.
An opportunity for all doula's from any schools or training, to
join together to share stories, gather inspiration and support.

Women's Mysteries is a five day residential retreat, which takes
women into the mysteries of the feminine and touches upon the
significant points throughout a woman's life cycle. It is a
spiritual initiatory process into ancient women's knowledge. The
retreat offers an opportunity for you to take a few days out, simply
to be with yourself, to regroup your thoughts and explore your
inner life as a woman. Through mediatation, music, stories, sharing
and laughter, you will sit with a group of women and delve into many
areas concerning our lives as women. It is a time of deep
nourishment, good company and friendship.
